A visitor submits their company URL, and an async pipeline (Firecrawl + Tavily + DataForSEO + Claude Sonnet 4.6) scores the business across 5 AI-readiness dimensions, emails a personalized PDF audit report, upserts the lead into a Supabase CRM, and routes them to a Calendly strategy call. A production quality gate runs 6 code-based checks on every report and auto-retries on failure.
